14-day refunds

If you're not happy with a Markproof subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds. To request one, go to paddle.net, look up your order using the email address you paid with, and follow the refund steps. You can also email support@markproof.co and we'll help.

After 14 days

Outside the 14-day window, you can still cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. This doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
